that tibi dress

After seeing this gorgeous dress from Tibi on Columbine's blog, I was in love.
This is how I would wear it:
Hoops from Kenneth Jay Lane, sandals from Miu Miu, cardigan from Crumpet, and a coral bag from J.Crew.
Perhaps add a belt over the cardigan as well, to enhance the waist.
